My 7 *almost* 8 year old daughter also tested out this process, so we’ll get to see the direction she took for arranging plants and making a drawing (and her feelings about the process.)

This way of working helps me in a few ways: I get to know plants at a detailed scale while sitting in a warm home (it’s winter), I can experiment with world-building by quickly creating little 3D still life environments, and I can simply enjoy the process of arranging found objects.
